Moscow, April 14, 2021 -- McDonald's continues to expand its network of local partners: another supplier of tomatoes in Russia will be TD "My Summer".

TD "My Summer" is one of the largest producers of fresh vegetables in Russia. The supplier's greenhouse plant is located in the Kaluga Region. Tomatoes will be delivered to the central region of Russia: Voronezh, Bryansk, Kursk, Orel, Tambov, Belgorod, Tula, Lipetsk, Obninsk, Kaluga, Serpukhov, Kashira and be used in all McDonald's sandwiches that they are part of.

The company uses modern greenhouse technologies, including biological methods of plant protection, rainwater irrigation and bumblebee pollination.

Tomatoes "My Summer" are grown in environmentally friendly, favorable conditions. Strict control at all stages of production ensures the highest quality of products that meet all sanitary standards.

Today, 99% of McDonald's products are supplied by Russian suppliers. McDonald's carefully monitors the quality of its products-each of the 160 local suppliers is regularly checked for compliance with high international production standards.
