Chief Agronomist

General duties

- To organize the work of the agronomic service to meet KPIs and control the quality of produced products

- To enhance and improve the technology of growing vegetables with the introduction of the latest developments in agronomy (varieties, methods of formation, irrigation and nutrition, plant protection, etc.)

- To ensure an increase in crop yields, labor productivity, saving material and energy resources

- To determine the needs for circulating assets (seeds, fertilizers, crop protection products, substrates and other consumables)

Requirements

- Higher education in agronomy

- Experience of working with protected ground in a similar position for at least 3 years

- Knowledge of growing crops in protected ground (photoculture - tomato, cucumber), experience with microclimate management systems
