Kumato is one of the most exotic tomato varieties. It is distinguished by its excellent taste. Luis Ortega was first responsible for the creation of this unique variety, and then it was experimentally refined for ten years by the Swiss company Syngena. After numerous experiments on cross-breeding different varieties and pigments, it was managed to get burgundy-green tomatoes with dense and juicy flesh, surprisingly sweet taste and high content of useful properties.
